All Powerhouse Hockey Programs are prepaid. If necessary, you may make a cancellation request. All cancellation requests need to be made directly with Powerhouse Hockey at least 24 hours prior to the start of any program (905-849-1776) and credit will be issued for a future Powerhouse Hockey program or service. We do not offer cash refunds – credit toward a future program only.

WAIVER: The applicant agrees that Powerhouse Performance Hockey and/or its proprietors connected herewith will not be responsible for any accident or loss however caused and agrees to release the proprietors from all claims of damange that may arise as a result of such accident or loss.
